I did an end run around the Commanding Officer and obtained permission directly from the Pentagon, provided I delete simulated obscene acts occurring during the traditional Navy Shellback Initiation ceremony more commonly known by insiders as Wog Day.

Those Wog Day scenes wound up on television in 12 countries with a total of over 20 million viewers in 1997, as I exposed the abuse of US Navy sailors by US Navy sailors.
